​This month in The Align Series, we’re exploring The Art of Intentional Living—choosing with awareness, creating with purpose, and embracing the present moment. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll practice mindfulness through Ikebana and journaling, using flowers and words as tools for reflection.

​Through thoughtful floral arrangement and guided writing, you’ll create something that mirrors your inner world—an intentional expression of what’s shaping you in this moment. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, inspired, and more connected to yourself.
